The house is centrally located and within a short distance from the beach and the railway station. 
The house is brand new as is all the furniture and electric-domestic.
The house  measures 110 metres squared and is made up of the following living areas:

  • Spacious Patio for eating and relaxing
  • Large and spacious living room
  • 1 double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom
  • 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds
  • 1 bedroom with single bed
  • 2 full bathroom

  • Washing machine , Fridge, freezer, TV, Large dining table, 1 large king size bed, 3 single beds.
  

Living Room
The living room is large and spacious providing excellent sunshine all year round.Large windows provide access to the
patio. In addition there is a large TV (CNN Live, MTV, Euro sport), two coffee tables and a
four-seater sofa.		  

Spacious Patio for eating and relaxing  

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with ample cupboard space and worktops. It contains a
fridge freezer, washing machine.		  

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and a super king size bed. There are also built-in wooden wardrobes.

Bedroom 2
Double bedroom with a wooden wardrobes. There are two single beds.

Bedroom 3
The single bedroom also has wooden wardrobes. There is a single bed.
  

Bathroom 1 and 2

Both bathrooms have full shower, power showers and bidets.

 

Additional Information

The house will be rented with bed sheets and towells. Electricity, water, gas and community charges are included in the rental price Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
